Many are not used to adding milk to their shakes and we are #mindful of this. So we went with a product you can add for that creamier taste, no milk just add water. When you add the PDM to your shake it helps to keep you fuller for longer, contains less sugar than milk and adds to daily protein intake.

The Free From Formula 1 is gluten, dairy, soya free however only in vanilla flavour where adding fruit or veg is great for added taste.
